Welcome we are the Collaborators and owners of Luxe Beauty Loft, Megan and Ashley 

We both met in August 2024 where we both rented out a room local in Salisbury town centre and became very quickly two best friends with the same dream. We both had always wanted a space where we could expand and create a wonderful relaxing experience for our clients.

So in January 2025 we joined together and found our new location at 22 Fisherton street. We now have a wonderful salon that our clients can now relax and unwind the hustle and bustle of daily life and a safe space to come to when they need that bit of self care. Also in June 2025 we became a

Finalist for the UK Hair & Beauty awards for 'BEST NEW SALON'.

The salon has four lovely treatment rooms for you to enjoy and experience, on the first floor we have Megan and Ashley’s Beauty rooms and then our top floor with our Spray tanning room and our Relaxing snug. Ready for our pamper packages and couple experiences to take place.

We offer a range of Beauty, Aesthetic and well being treatments from Waxing, Tinting, Massage, Manicures, Pedicures, Facials, Mesotherapy, Spray tanning, Lash lifting, Pamper packages, Bridal packages and so much more!

MEET MEGAN - OWNER OF BUTTERCUP'S BEAUTY & COLLABORATOR OF LUXE BEAUTY LOFT.

Hello, I’m Megan, the owner of Buttercup’s Beauty and co-owner of Luxe Beauty Loft.

With almost nine years of experience within the beauty industry, I’m passionate about creating personalised treatment experiences that allow every client to feel confident, cared for and truly relaxed.

My love for beauty began at just 12 years old, when I found myself experimenting with skincare and practising pedicures on family members at home. What started as a hobby soon became a passion, leading me to begin my professional beauty training at 16 and continue through to Level 4 Beauty at BCOT College in Basingstoke.

I began my career working within a local salon, where I developed my skills, knowledge and clientele before progressing to salon management. After moving to the Salisbury area, I took the leap to create my own business — turning a long-standing passion into the career I had always dreamed of.

Buttercup’s Beauty was born from my passion for skincare, wellbeing and caring for others. Today, that journey has grown into Luxe Beauty Loft, where I am proud to collaborate with the wonderful Ashley from AM Beauty to create a calm, welcoming sanctuary in the heart of Salisbury.

I believe beauty is about so much more than how we look. It’s about how we feel. That’s why every treatment is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, using high-quality products, advanced techniques and a personal approach to ensure every client receives the highest standard of care.

A little achievement I’m incredibly proud of...

In September 2025, I was honoured to become a finalist in three UK Small Business Awards categories:

* Best Business Start Up - UK Top 100 Winner
* Best Small Business- Highly Recommended Winner
* Best Customer Service - UK Top 50 Winner

And in 2026, I was incredibly proud to be recognised nationally at the UK Hair & Beauty Awards, becoming a UK Top 50 Winner in Beauty Therapist of the Year, placing 39th, as well as being named a Highly Recommended Winner in Lash Stylist of the Year.

These achievements mean so much to me and are a wonderful reminder of how far I have come. I’m incredibly grateful to every client who has supported me along the way and trusted me with their treatments.

MEET ASHLEY- OWNER OF AM BEAUTY & COLLABORATOR OF LUXE BEAUTY LOFT.

Hello, I am Ashley. Owner of AM Beauty. I started beauty therapy in Bournemouth college in 2013 and completed my training in 2015. I really felt in these years of college I had a deep love of making clients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their treatments with me. I often got asked when I  would start performing treatments from home as my clients wanted more from me after my college days and already wanted to book in. After my college days I became a young mum and began a job that most fitted around my lifestyle at the time but I had noticed a huge part of myself was missing within my life. I missed doing beauty therapy and tried my best at the time to go back to it,  but juggling being a single mum and having a full time job had it’s limits. It was only when my son got older I finally could start my dream and go back into Beauty therapy, and in August 2024 I started my own business (AM Beauty) within the same year I got to meet Megan and we both grew our own individual business's but found we wanted our own space within a larger premises to create a beautiful welcoming salon within the Salisbury area. So we both began to collaborate and now we both work hand in hand together and have created 'Luxe Beauty Loft' where both are dreams have come true. I now can provide my clients with an exceptional service from start to finish. and hopefully bring an entirely different experience.
